Refund Policy

Refund requests for any cancelled product should reach back to us within 48 hours after scheduled service time. Otherwise, we will assume the performance of service to have taken place.

In the case of refunds on the ordered software product for which payments had been made upfront to 'https://demo.erpcrebit.com/' through Payment Gateway, the user’s credit card account, as the case may be, will be credited within 7 – 10 days upon verification.
